General Information for AMMBCON 2016
The Artiste management, Music Business Conference, Artiste Showcasing and Total Local Concert will take place at the National Academy of the Performing Arts Queens Park West Port of Spain, Trinidad during 12-22 August 2016.

- Check-in for all participants begins at 8am on 19 August 2016 in the Lobby Area.
- Subsequent meetings will be held in the auditorium as per meeting agenda regularly updated at www.ammbcon.com.
Check-in and Identification Badges
- Participants are requested to check-in and obtain meeting badges at the check-in desk, located in the lobby area, between 0800 hours and 0900 hours on the opening day of the event.
- Participants are requested to check-in upon their arrival at the check-in desk before going to the conference room. Only the names of duly registered participants will be included in the list of participants.
All Caribbean Participants must hold passports that are valid for at least six months beyond the time of their arrival in Trinidad and Tobago. It is advisable that all participants obtain appropriate entry requirements from their diplomatic or consular mission.
Narcotic drugs as well as arms and ammunition may not be brought into Trinidad and Tobago they are strictly prohibited. Offenders are subject to strict and severe punishment in line with local laws and regulations.
Basic medical services will be made available at the conference. In the event of a medical emergency during the conference meeting, please contact the Meeting Secretariat who will facilitate transport to the nearest hospital. Participants are requested to have sufficient travel medical insurance as any emergency medical care will have to be paid directly by participants.
Foreign Exchange and Currency
Foreign currencies are exchangeable at the commercial banks, and Piarco International Airport. International credit cards and travelers cheques are accepted in major establishments.

Airline and Flight Information
Participants are advised to secure their return bookings prior to their departure from Trinidad. If this is not possible, they should make firm return bookings immediately upon arrival in Trinidad. Participants can liaise directly with the Meeting Secretariat if any assistance is required in this matter.
Starting Wednesday 19th August, 2015 from 07:30 hours – 17:45 hours, the Meeting Secretariat will be available to assist all participants with basic logistics questions and other queries. The Meeting Secretariat will be located in the Lobby area at the National Academy of the Performing Arts which will be signposted.

Arrival at the Airport
Transport will NOT be provided for participants from Piarco Airport.
Transportation to the Meeting Venue
Transportation to the meeting venue in the mornings and evenings will be provided for participants staying at the HYATT (Package holders only). Information on the shuttle service will be posted at the front in each hotel.
In Trinidad, August is basically fair with cool temperatures. The conference room where the meeting is to be held is air conditioned

About Artiste Showcasing
Showcasing takes place nightly at the Adam Smith Square, Ariapita Avenue. All forum participants are invited to attend the showcasing.
